The representative will be required to be available to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
Customer Service Representative will operate a two-way radio.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide courteous, knowledgeable and helpful information and/or services to customers, merchants, and other individuals they may interact with at the Customer Service Kiosk and/or Carousel. This will include:
· Provide center-related information
· Sell services and/or products offered
· Promote mall marketing events and/or promotions
· Other duties as assigned

Part Time Carousel Operators
The Carousel Operator is responsible for the following:
Operating and the upkeep of carousel equipment.
Assisting riders in boarding and deboarding the carousel.
The Carousel Operator must have:
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Ability to physically push accelerator pedal.
Work in an outdoor environment. Must be able to handle extreme temperatures
Must be engaging to customers, friendly, polite and courteous.
